Project: Culture Transformation
The Change:
Culture Transformation Program aimed at building change management capability to implement the 5-year strategy.
The Challenge:
To baseline change management maturity and manage the change management capability program by: Training managers and staff, implementing change management process, Integrating change management and project management, tracked and managed change on projects, Align KPIs to ensure change measures across all levels.
Our approach:
Build internal capability by facilitating an Executive Alignment intervention that drew insights about the change drivers and the change programme. Formulated Exco Reports. Repurposed the company values and relaunched them.
Outcomes:
Collective understanding of the culture required to deliver the strategy, Exco alignment on their leadership role to sponsor the culture change and a single view of the change agenda.
Applicability:
Refresh fit for purpose culture with defined behaviors, an aligned management team towards a common vision and purpose with capabilities to entrench in each business area/unit. Refresh and redefine company values.
