The Change:
Co-create and define a new culture, Operationalize the Target Operating Model and Implementing an automated loan administration system.
The Challenge:
To create a “fit for purpose” culture to ensure the internal environment crafts and adopts behaviors that reflect commitment to the strategy and practically demonstrates Passion in the work that they do, by leveraging Partnerships in order to deliver against the strategy and make an effort to deliver high Performance without compromising on quality outputs.
Our approach:
Build internal capability by facilitating an Executive Alignment intervention that drew insights about the change drivers and the change programme. Facilitated an internal culture landscape assessment and broader Team Alignment intervention with key outputs that defined cultural behaviors with supporting actions to reinforce the culture that is change ready to implement the operating model and the automation programme.
Outcomes:
Collective understanding of the culture required to deliver the strategy, Exco alignment on their leadership role to sponsor the culture change and a single view of the change agenda.
Applicability:
Refresh fit for purpose culture with defined behaviors, an aligned management team towards a common vision and purpose with capabilities to entrench in each business area/unit. Refresh and redefine company values.
